Creaza on the road

12.11.09

3th and 4th of November 2009 Creaza participated at Uddannelsesforum in Odense, Denmark. Creaza was represented together with our partner Fronter Denmark. It was an exiting conference with quite a lot of people, both young and old, both pupils, teachers, ICT-coordinators, Headmasters and others.

At the event pupils from Denmark, using Creaza, presented how the work with the tool both for other pupils and for adults 😉

It was really exiting to see how clever usage of Creaza they presented and it also gave us Creaza people some good ideas… There were pupils attending the conference both days and the well known “CreazaButtons” disappeared fast..

The post war period and “the wall”

09.11.09

With the thematic universe “The post war period” (only available in full version) students can work with many different subjects from the 50`s, 60`s, 70`s and 80`s in the worlds history. November 9th 1989 is one very important date regarding this. The wall and the borders splitting Berlin in two were opened.

This is what wikipedia says: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Berlin_wall

This is an example of a cartoon made with Cartoonist in Creaza using “The post war period” thematic Universe.

Creaza has been a lot on the move lately. One of our partners, Fronter, have held their user conferences in several countries. Creaza has participated in the Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish user conferences during the last weeks. We have done presentations and been available for users on our own Creazastand in every event.

The feedback Creaza has gotten regarding the pedagogical and technological possibilities to use the product in the pupils learning process is awesome 😉 We are very happy that Creaza gives pupils and students new creative and innovative possibilities to show and present their knowledge and competence.

All over the World:

Creaza is being used all over the world. Users from every continent has registrered at www.creaza.com and started using the demoversion of Creaza. In October norwegian users used Creaza the most. It is very exiting that the country placed right behind Norway in second place regarding usage this month is Brazil! Thats cool 😉 Have a look at this website:  www.baixaki.com.br/download/creaza.htm

In week 43 Creaza will be in the UK. We are going to participate in events in Bristol, Kent and London in addition to other meetings with customers and partners.

In week 44 Creaza will be in Stockholm, Sweden, at “Skolforum 2009”  This is the largest educational conference in Scandinavia with over 20 000 visitors..

In week 45 creaza will be in Odense in Denmark at “Uddannelsesforum 2009“. We will have a stand together with Fronter DK, and pupils from Denmark will show how they use Creaza.

audio1_s

Creaza is now available in several languages; Norwegian, English, Dutch, Finnish, Danish and Swedish. By September 20th Creaza also supports German.

From the tools Mindomo and Cartoonist you can now export your products to high resolution PDF for print. See example of an exported Cartoon here:

Rome

MovieEditor has been brusched up and a lot of new functionality is launced. You can now import your Cartoons into MovieEditor and then record your own sound or put in musicclips from the library. This may give your cartoon or movie a whole new communicative side.. In MovieEditor the library of video- and musicclips is rebuild and has a more navigationfriendly appereance..

When you insert music or soundeffects in your movie you now get audio curves on all your clips. This makes it easier to mix sound and get that perfect sound to your movie.

On all tracks you now have the opportunity to trim your clips directly on the timeline. In MovieEditor it is also made possible to use hotkeys on your keybord. Some of these are;

  • delete/backspace=delete clip
  • ctrl z=undo
  • ctrl+alt+e=open effect window
  • space=play/pause
  • shift+arrow=keyframe by keyframe
  • arrow=next clip
  • enter=back to start of movie
  • ctrl s=save
  • i=set in point in clip
  • o=set outpoint in clip

A new Demovideo of the MovieEditor is also avalable. You can access it from the new Helpcenter in Creaza.. Click on the image below..
